- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or frypan.
- Stir-fry chicken breast meat for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook noodles in boiling salted water until just tender, then drain and rinse under hot water.
- Leave noodles in a colander to dry.
- Add chopped Chinese cabbage and green onions to the chicken along with soy sauce, pepper, and sesame oil.
