A hearty, cheesy breakfast sandwich featuring melted cheese, crispy ham or bacon, a fried egg, and toasted bread—perfect for a satisfying start to your day.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • butter
  • 1 slice cheese (Velveeta preferred)
  • 1 piece ham or bacon
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Butter both slices of bread and toast slightly under the broiler.
  2. Turn over to the untoasted side of the bread and lay slices of cheese on one of the slices.
  3. Fry bacon or ham until cooked and place on the other piece of toast.
  4. Fry the egg and burst the yolk.
  5. Place the fried egg on top of the bacon or ham.
  6. Bring both slices of bread together to form a sandwich.
  7. Enjoy!
