Instructions
- Butter both slices of bread and toast slightly under the broiler.
- Turn over to the untoasted side of the bread and lay slices of cheese on one of the slices.
- Fry bacon or ham until cooked and place on the other piece of toast.
- Fry the egg and burst the yolk.
- Place the fried egg on top of the bacon or ham.
- Bring both slices of bread together to form a sandwich.
- Enjoy!
