JAZZY'S SHEPHERDS PIE
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Cooked shredded Beef roast ⓘ
- 1 cup carrots/diced ⓘ
- 1 cup celery/diced ⓘ
- 1 large onion/diced ⓘ
- 6 large mushrooms/sliced ⓘ
- 2 bell pepper/diced ⓘ
- 4 jalapeno peppers/diced ⓘ
- 1 cup corn ⓘ
- 1 cup green beans ⓘ
- 5 large clove garlic/sliced thin ⓘ
- 1 mashed potatos/mixed with french onion dip ⓘ
- 8 oz French onion dip ⓘ
Instructions
- Use pre cooked beef roast
- Cook all vegetables in beef stock until tender
- Place cooked vegetables and shredded beef in pie crust
- Top with cheese
- Mix mash potatoes and French onion dip
- Pipe mashed potatoes on the top to your desired design
- Bake at 375 for 1 hour
