Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Cooked shredded Beef roast
  • 1 cup carrots/diced
  • 1 cup celery/diced
  • 1 large onion/diced
  • 6 large mushrooms/sliced
  • 2 bell pepper/diced
  • 4 jalapeno peppers/diced
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 5 large clove garlic/sliced thin
  • 1 mashed potatos/mixed with french onion dip
  • 8 oz French onion dip

Instructions

  1. Use pre cooked beef roast
  2. Cook all vegetables in beef stock until tender
  3. Place cooked vegetables and shredded beef in pie crust
  4. Top with cheese
  5. Mix mash potatoes and French onion dip
  6. Pipe mashed potatoes on the top to your desired design
  7. Bake at 375 for 1 hour
