- Brown and crumble the ground meat in a skillet.
- Saute chopped green peppers and onions separately in 1 teaspoon oil until tender.
- Mix all ingredients except jalapeno relish in a pot or crock-pot and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Add jalapeno relish, 1/4 jar at a time, to taste, and stir well.
