- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Grease a large casserole dish.
- Spread half of the Jiffy cornbread mix evenly in the bottom of the dish.
- Layer creamed corn over the cornbread mix.
- Add the cooked ground beef on top of the creamed corn.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions, sliced jalapenos, and shredded Cheddar cheese over the beef.
- Cover with the remaining cornbread mix.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until golden brown.
