Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • peanut butter
  • 1 (8 oz) chocolate bar, melted

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, oil, and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Add eggs, flour, milk, vanilla, and baking powder; mix until well combined.
  3. Pour batter into a greased jelly roll pan and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  4. Spread peanut butter evenly over the hot cake.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to set the peanut butter layer.
  6. Melt the chocolate bar and spread it over the chilled cake.
  7. Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm before serving.
