Kathy'S Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut in small pieces ⓘ
- 1 large bunch broccoli, cut in small pieces ⓘ
- 1 cup chopped celery ⓘ
- 1 large onion, chopped ⓘ
- raw mushrooms, sliced ⓘ
- 3 carrots, sliced thin
- 2 cups Miracle Whip ⓘ
- 1 cup sour cream ⓘ
- 1/3 cup sugar ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt or powder ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon dill weed ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine all vegetables in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix Miracle Whip, sour cream, sugar, garlic salt, pepper, dill weed, and seasoned salt until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
