Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut in small pieces
  • 1 large bunch broccoli, cut in small pieces
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • raw mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 carrots, sliced thin
  • 2 cups Miracle Whip
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt or powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all vegetables in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix Miracle Whip, sour cream, sugar, garlic salt, pepper, dill weed, and seasoned salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
