Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 to 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together well.
  2. Place in a loaf pan or casserole dish.
  3. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  4. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
