  • 2 cans kidney beans, drained and mashed
  • 4 cups bread crumbs
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 1/2 cups water
