Ingredients

  • 2 large cans sliced potatoes
  • 1 to 1.5 lb. kielbasa
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • parsley
  • oregano
  • paprika
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Add oil to a frying pan and heat until hot.
  3. Add the sliced kielbasa to the pan and cook until browned.
  4. Drain the canned sliced potatoes and add them to the pan.
  5. Slice the onion and green pepper, then add them to the pan.
  6. Add parsley, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
  7. Fry everything together until the potatoes, onion, and pepper are softened.
  8. Serve hot.
