Ingredients

  • 1 Pillsbury dairy case pie crust
  • 4 bacon strips, fried crisp and crumbled
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • little Worcestershire sauce
  • 10 slices white bread, cubed
  • 8 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
  • additional eggs (as needed for total of 12 eggs)

Instructions

  1. Place cubed bread in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Add crumbled bacon and any additional extras desired.
  3. Beat eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and meat in the pan.
  5. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 1 hour or until set and golden.
