Ingredients

  • 1 family pkg. chicken wings
  • 3 large cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. ground ginger root
  • 1/2 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp. sesame seed
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cups red wine
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and marinate the wings for 24 hours.
  2. Preheat oven and spray baking pan with Pam.
  3. Arrange wings in a single layer on the prepared pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours, turning once during cooking.
