- Gently mix
- together
- lamb,
- green
- pepper,
- soy sauce, lemon rind and
- ginger.
- Shape
- into 12 patty, slightly larger than the pineapple
- slices. Top
- 6 of
- the
- patties
- with a pineapple slice.
- Spoon
- 1 tablespoon of yogurt into center of each. Top the
- pineapple
- with another lamb patty.
- Pinch the edges together all around to form a large burger. Grill about 4-inches above heat for
- 6 to 8 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
