Lamb Patty Stew

Instructions
- Combine ground lamb, egg, Worcestershire sauce, chopped onion, and bread crumbs in a bowl.
- Form into small patties about 1/2-inch thick.
- Roll the patties in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Fry the patties slowly in an ungreased skillet until browned on both sides.
- Place the browned patties in the bottom of a casserole dish with a tight cover.
- Add chopped potatoes, sliced carrots, and chunks of small onions on top of the patties.
- Pour catsup over all the ingredients.
- Let simmer for a couple of hours, or bake in a 350°F oven for 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Optionally, substitute frozen mixed peas, carrots, and lima beans for fresh vegetables.
