Ingredients

  • 8 oz. lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb. mild bulk pork sausage
  • 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 12 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz. mozzarella cheese
  • 4 1/2 oz. jar mushrooms
  • 13 1/2 oz. pkg. pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles; drain well.
  2. Cook sausage in a large skillet until browned; crumble.
  3. Drain excess fat from the skillet.
  4. Stir spaghetti sauce into the cooked sausage.
  5. Combine egg, ricotta cheese, parsley flakes, oregano, and pepper; mix well.
  6. In a baking dish, layer noodles, sausage mixture, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella cheese; repeat layers as needed.
  7. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and pepperoni slices.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
