Tips & Substitutions

For a richer flavor, consider using ground beef mixed with Italian sausage. If you're short on time, you can substitute the homemade meat sauce with a jarred marinara like Dave'S Sho'Nuf Sketty Sauce. To make it lighter, use low-fat cottage cheese and less cheese overall. Don't forget to taste your sauce while simmering to adjust seasoning as needed.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the lasagne rounds with a side salad dressed with Italian vinaigrette and some crusty garlic bread for a complete meal. A glass of red wine pairs beautifully with this dish, enhancing the flavors of the meat sauce. For a twist, consider serving alongside Anita'S Antipasto for a delightful appetizer.

Storage & Reheating

Store leftover lasagne rounds in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15-20 minutes until warmed through. You can also microwave individual servings, but the oven will help maintain the texture of the cheese.
