- In a small mixer bowl, beat together cream cheese and lemon juice until fluffy.
- Divide the mixture into two portions.
- To one portion, stir in Parmesan cheese and chili sauce.
- Turn the Parmesan mixture into a lightly oiled 2 1/2 or 3 cup mold.
- To the remaining cream cheese, add cottage cheese, onion salt, and garlic powder, and beat until nearly smooth.
- Stir in chopped parsley, bell pepper, or celery.
- Spoon this second mixture atop the first layer in the mold.
- Cover and chill the mold.
- Unmold the cheese dome before serving.
