Ingredients

  • 2 cans fat-free refried beans
  • 1 small jar salsa
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cups fat-free sour cream
  • lettuce
  • tomatoes
  • green onions
  • fat-free cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix salsa and refried beans and spread in a 9 x 13-inch glass casserole dish.
  2. Mix taco seasoning with sour cream and spread over the bean mixture.
  3. Top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, chopped green onions, and approximately 1/2 cup fat-free cheese.
  4. Serve with chips.
