Lazy Daisy Meatballs are hearty, flavorful meatballs simmered in a creamy mushroom sauce, perfect for comforting family dinners and served deliciously over rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, celery salt, garlic salt, cracker crumbs, water, and grated onion until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 24 meatballs.
  3. Roll the meatballs in flour and brown them in oil.
  4. Mix the cream of mushroom soup with water and pour the mixture over the browned meatballs.
  5. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes before serving.
