Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
  • 3 cups diced potatoes
  • 3 cups diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 (16 oz.) can corn
  • 1 (16 oz.) can green beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can Manwich

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot.
  2. Season the beef to taste and drain excess fat.
  3. Set the cooked beef aside.
  4. Cover potatoes, carrots, celery, and onion with water in a pot and cook until tender.
  5. Remove the vegetable mixture from heat.
  6. Add corn, green beans, Manwich, and cooked ground beef to the vegetable mixture.
  7. Return to heat and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
