Ingredients

  • 1 cup ham or turkey
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 1/2 cups noodles
  • 1 cup cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles and set aside.
  2. Mix together the ham or turkey, mushroom soup, celery, bell pepper, and onion.
  3. Pour the cooked noodles and half of the cheese into the mixture and stir well.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top.
  5. Bake, covered, at 350°F for about 20 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
