Instructions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan on medium heat. Add the flour and stir well.
- Add the milk slowly and simmer on low heat until thickened. Add a pinch each of nutmeg, salt, and black pepper.
- Dice the cooked meat and add to the sauce. Mix well.
- Cover the mixture and chill overnight.
- Remove the mixture from the refrigerator, form a croquette, coat in egg and breadcrumbs, and deep fry in vegetable oil.
