Instructions
- In one dish, place 1/4 cup flour.
- In another dish, mix egg with 2 tablespoons water.
- In third dish or on wax paper, combine bread crumbs, garlic and parsley.
- Dip chicken pieces in flour, then in the egg mixture, then in crumbs.
- Chill about 1 hour. Place butter, oil and lemon juice in frying pan.
- Add chicken; saute for about 7 minutes on each side at low heat.
- Serve at once.
- Easy but so good.
- Chicken can be breaded earlier and refrigerated.
- Especially good served with a crisp tossed salad and Fettucini Alfredo.
