Big Wheel Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 (8-inch) round loaf sourdough bread ⓘ
- 2 tsp. prepared horseradish or honey mustard ⓘ
- 0.25 lb. thinly sliced roast beef ⓘ
- 4 slices Swiss cheese ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard ⓘ
- 0.25 lb. thinly sliced ham ⓘ
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced ⓘ
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and drained ⓘ
- 4 slices American cheese ⓘ
- 0.5 medium red onion, thinly sliced ⓘ
- 0.25 c. butter or margarine ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed ⓘ
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder ⓘ
Instructions
- Slice the sourdough bread horizontally into 6 equal layers using an electric or serrated knife.
- Spread horseradish or honey mustard on the first bread layer, then top with roast beef and place the second bread layer on top.
- Spread mayonnaise on the second layer, add Swiss cheese, and then place the third bread layer.
- Spread mustard on the third layer, then add ham, and cover with the fourth bread layer.
- Cover the fourth layer with tomato slices, cooked bacon, then add the fifth bread layer.
- Top the fifth layer with American cheese and sliced onion, then place the remaining bread layer on top.
- Combine the remaining butter, toasted sesame seed, and onion powder. Spread this mixture over the top and sides of the assembled loaf.
- Place the loaf on a cookie sheet and bake uncovered at 400°F for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven, slice into wedges, and serve.
