Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked lentils
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1/4 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. skim canned milk
  • 1 1/2 c. corn flakes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. thyme

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Bake for 1 hour until firm and golden.
