Ingredients

  • 3-4 lb. round steak, cut
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 16 oz. can tomatoes
  • 1 small package baby carrots
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 16 oz. can tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the round steak in a crock pot overnight without adding water.
  2. Add chopped green pepper, chopped onion, canned tomatoes, baby carrots, and tomato sauce to the crock pot.
  3. Cook until the meat and vegetables are tender and flavors meld.
