Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 pound chicken livers
  • 1 medium sweet onion
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup salad dressing (Miracle Whip)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet.
  2. Cook onion and chicken livers until the onion is transparent and the livers are pink; do not fry.
  3. Put the liver mixture with its juice into the blender.
  4. Add hard-cooked eggs.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Add garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Add salad dressing and mix thoroughly.
  9. Refrigerate before serving.
