Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 Tbsp dry sherry
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked and finely chopped lobster meat

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Cream butter and Parmesan cheese together.
  3. Stir in egg yolk, sherry, cayenne pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Add chopped lobster meat and mix well.
  5. Top each bread round with spoonfuls of lobster mixture.
  6. Bake on a cookie sheet for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
