Long Noodle Soup

- Heat oil in large saucepan on high heat. Stir-fry pork and cabbage for few minutes.
- Add stock, soy sauce and ginger. Bring slowly to a boil. Reduce heat to low; add 3/4 of the green onions and simmer for 10 mins. Season to taste.
- Meanwhile, cook noodles in boiling salted water 5-6 mins until tender; drain well.
- To serve, place a spoonful of noodles in soup bowls. Add the hot soup and sprinkle with remaining green onions.
