Ingredients

  • 1 c. low-fat small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 c. reduced fat, cholesterol free mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • fresh vegetables for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat cottage cheese on low speed of electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Add mayonnaise, chopped onion, white pepper, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and hot pepper sauce.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Refrigerate, covered, for at least 8 hours to let the flavor blend.
  5. Serve with fresh vegetables such as carrots, celery sticks, broccoli, and cauliflower.
