Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. prune plum filling
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 c. cocoa
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with nonstick vegetable spray and set aside.
  3. Place filling, water, egg whites and vanilla in a large bowl and mix well.
