Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. Lumberjack sausage, sliced in bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 4 medium potatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Combine sausage, carrots, celery, potatoes, onion, mushroom soup, and 1 cup water in a pot.
  2. Bring to a slow boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 2 to 3 hours.
