Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the topping.
  2. Press the meat mixture into a loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and drain off fat, if desired.
  5. Top with Tangy Topping and bake an additional 30 minutes.
