Ingredients

  • 5 to 8 lb. pork roast
  • garlic salt
  • onion salt
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup red plum preserves
  • 2 cups Dr. Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the pork roast generously with garlic and onion salts.
  2. Place the roast, fat side up, in a roasting pan.
  3. Roast at 325°F for 2 hours.
