Ingredients

  • 2 cups breakfast flakes
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup fine coconut
  • 1/2 cup carob chips
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 Tbsp. egg substitute
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate
  • 1 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. orange extract
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Blend wet ingredients and pour over dry ingredients.
  3. Mix well and drop by large spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
