Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 medium-sized green bell pepper, minced
  • 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Mix cooked rice, drained mandarin oranges, sliced celery, minced green bell pepper, and 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, seasoned salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the rice mixture and toss well to combine.
  4. Chill before serving and sprinkle with paprika if desired.
