Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. maple syrup
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. sherry
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 4 lb. pork ribs
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Marinate pork ribs overnight in the maple syrup, soy sauce, sherry, ginger, dry mustard, nutmeg, cloves, and salt mixture.
  2. Preheat the barbecue grill.
  3. Remove ribs from marinade and place on the grill.
  4. Barbecue, basting frequently with the marinade, until cooked through and caramelized.
