- Fry or microwave bacon until crisp and break into small pieces.
- In a large pan, sauté onions in margarine.
- Blend in flour and pepper, then gradually add milk.
- Cook and stir until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, bacon, cooked rice, zucchini, and olives.
- Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle paprika on top.
- Bake, covered, at 375°F for 20 minutes.
- Remove cover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
