Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, cocoa, confectioners sugar, and melted margarine; press firmly on the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
