Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 tsp Dijon mustard
  • juice of 1 1/2 lemons
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary or 3/4 tsp dried rosemary
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 3 lb grouper

Instructions

  1. Combine vegetable oil, olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Mix well to create the marinade.
  3. Marinate the grouper in the mixture for 2 hours or longer.
  4. Drain the marinade and reserve for cooking or serving.
