Ingredients

  • 7 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 7 Tbsp. margarine, softened
  • 2 2/3 cups sugar
  • 3 jumbo eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 6 cups sifted cake flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 6 cups Cinnamon Crunch

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter and margarine.
  3. Add the sugar and beat until the mixture is fluffy; blend in the lightly beaten eggs.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream and baking soda; set aside.
  5. In another bowl, sift the cake flour, salt, baking powder, and nutmeg.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, mixing well.
  7. Fold in the Cinnamon Crunch topping.
  8. Fill muffin tins with the batter.
  9. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Cool muffins before serving.
