Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups chicken breast, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, beaten egg, mayonnaise, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Add the cooked chicken pieces and frozen broccoli to the mixture, stirring well to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, mix bread crumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
