Mary'S Deep Dish Hash

- In a frying pan, brown the ground meat with 3/4 of the chopped onion; drain excess fat.
- In a deep baking dish, layer all ingredients except cheese and the remaining onion.
- Place hash browns at the bottom, followed by the cooked meat, then corn; pour the soup over the layers.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle grated cheese and the remaining onion on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
