- In a blender, place eggs, V-8 juice, Worcestershire sauce, and onion soup mix. Blend until smooth.
- Add the blended mixture to the ground beef and mix well.
- Stir in the quick oatmeal and mix again until combined.
- Line the bottom of the pan with 3 to 4 strips of bacon. Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the pan.
- Cover the top of the loaf with the remaining bacon strips.
- Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or longer if the bacon is not browned.
- Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
