Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 1/4 cup sliced celery
  • 1 small zucchini, sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 lb. whole tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 lb. American cheese
  • 1 pie crust shell

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced celery, sliced zucchini, chopped onion, and sliced green pepper; stir and cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and condensed tomato soup.
  4. Simmer the mixture until flavors meld and vegetables are fully cooked.
  5. Pour the beef mixture into the pie crust shell and serve.
