  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 3 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 small can tomato paste

  • 1 green pepper, diced

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger meat, diced onion, and diced green pepper in a skillet.
  2. Add the kidney beans, chili powder, garlic salt, vinegar, and tomato paste to the skillet.
  3. Simmer the mixture for 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
