Instructions
- Cut a slice from the top of each roll.
- Hollow out the center of each roll, reserving the crumbs for the meat mixture.
- Season softened butter with garlic salt and spread on the rolls.
- Saute chopped onion and green peppers in 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Soften bread crumbs in cream of tomato soup and slightly beaten egg.
- Mix the sautéed vegetables, bread crumbs, and meat mixture together.
- Fill the hollowed-out rolls with the meat and vegetable mixture.
- Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes.
