Yum Yum Cabbage

Instructions
- Saute ground beef, chopped green pepper, and chopped onion until cooked.
- Add cooked rice to the beef mixture and mix well.
- In a baking dish, spread half of the meat and rice mixture.
- Layer half of the partly cooked and drained cabbage on top.
- Pour one can of undiluted cream of mushroom soup over the cabbage layer.
- Repeat with the remaining meat and rice mixture, cabbage, and soup layers.
- Blend brown sugar, mustard, and vinegar to make a sweet and sour sauce.
- Spread the sauce evenly over the top layer.
- Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 1 to 1.5 hours until heated through and bubbly.
