Ingredients
- 1/2 c. lemon juice ⓘ
- 1/4 c. salad oil ⓘ
- 1 medium onion, grated ⓘ
- 1 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. pepper ⓘ
- 1 tsp. curry ⓘ
- 1/8 tsp. ginger ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 1 bay leaf ⓘ
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 lb. sirloin or boneless chicken breasts or pork, cut into 1-inch squares
- mushroom caps ⓘ
- green pepper squares ⓘ
- quartered tomatoes ⓘ
- baby onions ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix lemon juice, salad oil, salt, pepper, curry, ginger, bay leaf, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic in a shallow pan.
- Add meat and mushroom caps to the marinade.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours or longer, turning the meat occasionally.
- Thread the marinated meat, mushroom caps, green pepper squares, quartered tomatoes, and baby onions onto skewers.
- Grill until the meat is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
