Meat Loaf - Complete Meal

Instructions
- Mix hamburger, crushed Ritz crackers, chopped onion, eggs, salt, and pepper; shape into a loaf by hand.
- Spread ketchup over the top of the meat loaf.
- If desired, place thin slices of green peppers over the ketchup to add flavor.
- Spray a large roasting pan with cooking oil or Pam.
- Place the meat loaf in the center of the pan.
- Arrange the quartered potatoes on one end of the pan and green beans on the opposite end.
- Add about 1 inch of water to the pan.
- Bake at 350° to 375°F for 60 to 75 minutes.
